About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Training Manager to join the team and play a key role in developing the skills of both their current and future sales representatives Sales Executives. Drawing on your expertise, you will create and implement training programs that empower the sales team to effectively represent the brand and drive sales across the region. Your primary responsibility will be to regularly deliver sales training to the team, confidently lead sessions, and make the training as interactive and engaging as possible. The ideal candidate should have experience in a high-performance sales environment and be capable of delivering impactful sales training to a team of brand representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with brand representatives to improve their sales skills and deepen their understanding of products / launches
- Conduct engaging training sessions designed to optimize sales performance.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision of sales activities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost brand sales.
- Track and assess sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment, with at least 4 years of experience in sales training. Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive the success of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Driving license is required
Required Skills:
- Experience training large groups
- 3 years sales training
- High energy and proactive mindset
- Candidate must have real estate experience / Insurance experience

- Dubai- office based
