Sales Manager

The Role: We are looking for a results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving growth and building client relationships. We’re hiring a Sales Manager on behalf of our clients Beauty Division, focusing on revenue generation, customer acquisition, and expanding our market presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset, natural leadership skills, and the ambition to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed performance targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer engagement and business growth
  • Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow a sales team
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and target-driven
  • Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus, but not essential
  • Passion for customer relationships and business development
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

 

  • Location: Dubai- office based.
