Real Estate Trainer
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Trainer for a prestigious Real Estate Agency. This role is essential in equipping agents with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in sales, leasing, and off-plan transactions, and sometimes a touch of commercial. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching, strong real estate experience, and a strategic mindset to develop effective training programs for new agents as well as on going refresher training for established agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Deliver Engaging & Interactive Training Programs – Conduct new hire onboarding and ongoing training for sales, leasing, off-plan, and commercial real estate.
- Sales & Prospecting Techniques – Train agents on lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and relationship building.
- CRM & Technology Training – Educate agents on CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, in-house software), digital marketing tools, and property listing platforms.
- Compliance & Legal Training – Ensure agents understand real estate laws, contracts, and RERA regulations.
- Performance Coaching – Conduct mock calls, role-playing, and KPI tracking to enhance agent success.
- Content Creation – Design training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Ongoing Development – Implement continuous learning initiatives, workshops, and refresher courses.
- Sales Academy Development – Assist in building structured training programs & KPI tracking systems.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, training, or coaching.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, contracts, and compliance.
- Experience with CRM systems, digital tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor agents at all levels.
- A strategic thinker who values innovation & continuous learning.
- REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
