Production Manager
Our client is a regional market leader specialising in luxury temporary structures. With multiple production facilities they are renowned for engineering excellence and delivering large-scale, high-impact projects for prestigious global luxury brands. The company has grown to become the go to partner in the Middle East for premium event and retail fabrication.
As Production Manager, you will hold a pivotal role overseeing end-to-end factory operations within a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment. You will manage daily production activities across departments. Your key focus will be to deliver exceptional quality and timely execution for projects.
Please note - This is within a manufacturing setting and work shop environment.
This role demands hands on leadership to ensure workflow efficiency, safety compliance, and innovation in fabrication methods. You will also lead prototyping efforts and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate technical drawings into flawless production outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all fabrication and production operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
- Manage scheduling, job allocation, and workflow across diverse production teams
- Lead R&D and prototyping initiatives to develop innovative fabrication solutions
- Drive value engineering to optimize costs and materials without compromising quality
- Lead and motivate a large workforce
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and workplace standards, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless production aligned with technical specifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5-8 years in production/factory roles with at least 3 years in management
- Experience in event production, exhibition, or joinery/metal fabrication companies serving luxury or government clients
- Proven track record managing large-scale fabrication operations (preferably companies with large workforce)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
- Advanced technical skills including working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with production management or ERP systems
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
