IT Manager – Microsoft Dynamics & Business Systems

We’re partnered with a rapidly expanding consumer brand looking to hire an IT Manager to oversee their full IT ecosystem across ERP, reporting, integrations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and support scalable business growth across multiple departments.
The role is heavily centred around Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, integrations, and business systems optimisation — making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic improvement and hands-on technical ownership.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and optimising the Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Operations
- Leading ERP upgrades, testing, customisation, and user support
- Managing integrations between ERP systems, banking platforms, warehouse systems, logistics providers, and e-commerce platforms
- Supporting APIs, middleware, automation workflows, and financial system connectivity
- Developing Power BI dashboards and real-time reporting solutions
- Supporting leadership teams with analytics, KPI tracking, and business insights
- Overseeing IT infrastructure including cloud systems, networks, cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery
- Driving digital transformation and process automation initiatives across the business
What they’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
- Experience with banking integrations and financial system connectivity
- Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience
- Supporting APIs, middleware, automation workflows, and financial system connectivity
- Experience with APIs, automation workflows, and systems integrations
- Understanding of finance, inventory, supply chain, and operational processes
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support operations
- Experience within FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, manufacturing, or distribution industries is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
