The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to build and manage the HR function from the ground up, supporting the UAE team while coordinating with international teams. You’ll lead recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations, making a real impact on the company’s people and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee records, visa processing, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers for the UK team, ensuring smooth processing.
- Act as the primary HR contact for the UAE team, handling employee engagement and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and international practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with company growth.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven company culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong recruitment background and ability to manage end-to-end processes.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Experience coordinating with international teams and external payroll providers.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, adaptable mindset.
- Open to diverse industry backgrounds; beauty or luxury goods experience is not required.
Working Environment:
- Location: Dubai-based, mostly remote, with occasional office visits.
- Culture: No micromanagement, autonomy, accountability, and collaboration matter most.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month.
