Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and use data-driven insights to refine approaches.
• Brand Awareness & Content Development: Lead brand storytelling across all channels, creating engaging content for social media, videos, blogs, and email campaigns. Oversee website content and SEO optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Digital Presence & Outreach: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including PPC campaigns, ecommerce, social media, and email marketing to drive engagement and lead generation. Represent the brand at key events, webinars, and workshops, building meaningful industry connections.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fashion retail, with a proven track record in lead generation and developing impactful, results-driven campaigns.
• Strong expertise in visual storytelling and content creation, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that elevate the brand’s image.
• Experience managing digital marketing strategies, from SEO and PPC to social media and email campaigns.
• Exceptional leadership skills to mentor and grow the marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces taking ownership.
• Ability to analyze performance data and continuously optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Salary up to 25,000AED per month
