Account Manager

About the Company: Join our client who are fast-growing PR and advertising Agency. The Role: Are you passionate about building brands, driving results, and managing high-impact campaigns? We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team and lead key client relationships across PR, media, and events. You will be reporting to Head of Account & Media Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client partnerships, ensuring high satisfaction across our full suite of PR, media, and event services.
  • Account Handling: Manage multiple client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and drive successful campaign delivery – identifying upsell opportunities when relevant.
  • Strategic Planning: Craft and execute impactful PR and marketing strategies that align with client goals, boost brand visibility, and enhance reputations.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay on top of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to deliver strategic advice and fresh ideas.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with key media contacts, secure quality coverage, and manage all media-facing interactions.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling content including press releases, media kits, and social posts, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse campaign success using key tools, and provide actionable insights and reports to clients.
  • Crisis Management: Support clients with crisis communications planning and reputation management during critical moments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead new client onboarding, offering training and guidance to ensure seamless campaign launches and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within PR, media, or advertising
  • Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
  • Must have proven experience working in fast-paced agency environments, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time – immediate availability preferred
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Confident presenting strategies and results to senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of campaign analytics and PR tools
  • Experience managing regional or international accounts is a plus

Working Environment:

  • Location:Dubai – office based
  • Hours:Dubai working hours, with occasional time zone collaboration.
