Sales Manager
We are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Manager to take on a challenging role in shaping the future of our clients real estate team. You will work closely with the Founder to develop and implement sales strategies while managing, mentoring, and growing a team with ambitious plans to expand monthly. This role requires a visionary leader who is ready to set aside dedicated time to build a high-performance team and drive the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Strategy:
- Direct and coordinate all lead generation activities and strategies.
- Oversee the development of systems to streamline lead generation, database management, and back-office support
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage the existing team of Property Advisors providing mentorship and support.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to monitor performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
- Create and execute training programs to empower team members in sales and leasing activities.
- Foster a high-performance culture by encouraging collaboration, accountability, and personal development.
Growth & Recruitment:
- Strategically grow the team, recruiting top talent to support the company’s expansion plans.
- Implement a structured onboarding process for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Business Development & Strategy:
- Work closely with the Founder to create and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s vision.
- Identify market opportunities and develop innovative strategies to increase revenue.
Performance & Accountability:
- Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for achieving targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budget development, track revenue, and monitor budget variances to ensure financial performance aligns with strategic goals.
Please note: Your primary focus will be on empowering and developing the sales agents to reach their full potential, rather than billing yourself. You’ll be responsible for managing the current team while driving monthly growth, with a focus on building a top-performing sales force and scaling the business.

For this role it will be salary based as well as additional bonuses structure based on team performance.
